THANK YOU TO THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION NEW: The developer is appealing the wise decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission to the Boise City Council on December 9, 6 pm on the 3rd Floor of City Hall. Please come and show your support of the P&Z Committee Decision! We can't afford to let an appeal gain any traction!
This site has been developed to openly share information regarding concerns with a proposed development that is currently being considered in the Northwest Boise Foothills, between Plano Lane and Collister Drive (north of Hill Road). This site will be updated very frequently as new information becomes available.
On Monday, August 11, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved annexation of the property into the city, with zoning at one unit per forty acres. The commission denied the conditional use permit and subdivision. The revised findings, as stated in the voting, were approved by the Commission on Sept.8th. The applicant has appealed, and the appeal will be heard before the City Council on December 9th. Documents can be found at these links: |
